Police say a 34-year-old woman was hurt after bullets rang out on a quiet street in the Throggs Neck section of the Bronx Monday night. Officers say they were called to 507 Hollywood Ave. at around 10:09 p.m. There they found the woman with gunshot wounds to her left arm and buttocks. She was rushed to Jacobi Hospital and is in stable condition. Citizen video showed police tape blocking off the front of the home, as a black car remained parked on the driveway with the driver side door open. Neighbors claim there were multiple bullet holes throughout the vehicle. Police have not confirmed if the victim and her attacker knew each other, or the motive behind the shooting. Sources close to the investigation tell News 12, police are searching for man wearing a black sweatshirt who took off in a gray SUV.
