Police have identified the woman who was struck by a dump truck in Williamsburg last month as Tamara Jacobowitz.

The 53-year-old woman was hit on Dec. 9 while crossing Williamsburg Street West with the walk signal in her favor. She died on Jan. 5, officials said.

Investigators say that the truck driver remained at the scene.

No arrests have been made.
