5h agoA woman badly injured in a Howell house fire is alert and recovering this morning, according to authorities.
She was airlifted to the hospital with burns after the fire broke out Friday on Canary Circle.
The home was destroyed, and the family lost everything.
The victim has not been identified, and there is no word yet on what caused the fire.
