The FIFA World Cup final will be hosted in New Jersey, along with seven other matches, but the six matches in Philadelphia may be cheaper for New Jersey soccer fans.
Parking is available around the
Philadelphia sports complex, at the baseball and hockey stadiums that won’t be in use. In New Jersey, ticketholders can park at
5,000 spots at the adjacent American Dream mall. Both stadiums are offering on-site ADA parking.
Philadelphia parking passes range from $125-$155 depending on the game. The prices in New Jersey range from $225-$300.
Philadelphia's transit fares are not going up. It costs $11 to take a SEPTA train from Trenton to North Philadelphia, and then $2.90 to subway to the stadium complex. The subway ride back from the stadium will be free - covered by a partnership with Airbnb.
“The residents that traditionally use the Broad Street Line everyday - going to work, moving throughout the city - while there may be impacts, they didn’t want that to be interrupted," said Meg Kane, the Philadelphia Soccer 2026 Host City Executive/CEO. "So, we worked in leveraging federal funding and other means. We’re able to keep those prices where they sit today.”
