        Chef Frankie, of Uncle Giuseppe's Marketplace, shows News 12's Lily Stolzberg how to make blueberry crisp.

        INGREDIENTS:

        1 Pint of Blueberries (Rinse) Save 1oz of Blueberries for Garnish.
        4 oz. Sugar
        Juice of 1 lemon
        1 tbs. corn starch
        1 8” Pan
        16 oz. Crumbs (1 cup Room temperature Butter, 1 cup flour, 1 cup Brown Sugar & teaspoon of Cinnamon)

        DIRECTIONS:

        1. Butter coat 8” by 8” baking pan and set aside.
        2. Mix flour, butter, brown sugar & cinnamon by hand until crumbly and set aside.
        3. Place 14oz of blueberries in a sauté pan on medium heat and add the sugar, corn starch, lemon juice, and stir with spatula until thickened into a jam.
        4. Place Blueberry filling into butter coated 8” by 8” pan and the cinnamon crumbs on top.
        5. Bake at 365*for 25 minutes.
        6. Remove from oven and let cool to room temperature.
        7. Spoon out onto a plate and add fresh blueberries for garnish (Great with ice cream)
