        Chef Vinny, of Uncle Giuseppe's Marketplace, shows News 12's Lily Stolzberg how to make Crab Stuffed Shrimp in Lobster sauce.
        INGREDIENTS:
        ½ lb. Special Crab Meat
        1 ½ tbs. Mayonnaise
        ½ tbs. Dijon Mustard
        ¼ cup Panko Breadcrumbs
        ½ cup Red Bell Pepper (finely minced)
        2 tbs. Scallion (finely minced)
        1 tbs. Parsley (Chopped)
        ½ tbs. Seafood Seasoning
        8 ea. U8 Shrimp (butterflied)
        2 cups lobster bisque
        1tsp chopped parsley (for garnish)
        2 ea. lemon slices (for garnish)
        DIRECTIONS
        1. Place all ingredients (excluding the shrimp) into a large mixing bowl.
        2. Mix well until all ingredients are incorporated.
        3. Heat the lobster bisque and set aside.
        4. Season butterflied shrimp with salt and pepper.
        5. Place shrimp on papered sheet tray cut side down.
        6. Place the crab stuffing on top of shrimp.
        7. Place in a pre-heated 375F degree oven for 10-12 minutes or until stuffing begins to take on a golden-brown color.
        8. To plate, ladle the lobster bisque on to a dish and top with the stuffed shrimp.
        9. Garnish with lemon slices and chopped parsley.
