        HEADLINES:
        • Isolated snowflakes tonight. Above freezing by Sunday morning.
        • Light rain Monday afternoon.
        • Flooding possible Wednesday. STORM WATCH EXPECTED.
It's a cold and clear start to the weekend, but the wind is not as strong this afternoon and temperatures are a few degrees warmer by the afternoon than they were yesterday. Overall, it's a pretty typical December feel. Clouds will increase tonight and could bring a few snowflakes, with decent accumulating snow well to our north. Overnight it's breezy, but the wind is coming in from the south, which will bring warmer weather for Sunday. Morning temperatures tomorrow will be in the 40s, which is warmer than this afternoon. Highs are near 50 with some afternoon sun.
The work week is mild but rainy. Light showers are expected on Monday afternoon and evening and could linger into Tuesday. A nor’easter is possible on Wednesday which could bring localized flooding. Temperatures are too warm for snow, but we'll keep an eye Wednesday night for a possible rain/snow mix before dry and cold air arrives for the end of the week.
TODAY: Mostly sunny to start, then clouds this evening. Less wind. Highs near 40.
TONIGHT: Breezy and cloudy with flurries north. Lows in the mid-30s but warming up to near 40F by Sunday morning.
SUNDAY: Cloudy in the morning then partly sunny and mild in the afternoon. Highs near 50.
MONDAY: Mostly cloudy with showers in the afternoon and evening. Highs in the mid 50s.
TUESDAY: Mostly cloudy. Sprinkles possible. Highs in mid 50s.
WEDNESDAY: STORM WATCH. Rain is expected. Localized flooding is possible along with strong wind. Highs in the mid 50s.
END OF WEEK: Dry and cooler.
