New developments tonight in the search at Rex Huber's Massapequa Park home. That part of the investigation has now come to an end. And News Twelve's crime reporter Krista mcnally is live outside the home right now and Krista a whole lot more to see tonight, we now have a clear view of Rex. He's home for more than a week. It was blocked by tents, police trucks and tarps take a look behind me. You can see the small red home the entire life. Tierney describes this home inside as very cluttered. We have obtained a massive amount of material which all of which has to be cataloged and analyzed. And it's going to take quite some time when getting up close to the front of the First Avenue home. You could see piles of wood, a rundown facade and items on the porch. Suffolk's district attorney not releasing any details today about what investigators found inside the home. But Ray Tierney says the amount of evidence found has been fruitful. He also explained why investigators began digging up he's yard saying items that appeared to be out of the ordinary were found, however, no human remains were found there was nothing no taken from the backyard as far as remains. But what we do know, 279 guns were taken from the basement during the course of this investigation, most of which were stored in a walk in vault in the home's basement. They walk out with two guns in each hand from the back and going into the trucks in the front. The crime scene cleared mid afternoon and all of the surrounding blocks were opened up for cars to pass through again. Yeah, it's going to be nice to have everything back to normal again. Neighbors relieved that NASA police will be patrolling the area and giving summonses to anyone loitering trying to get a glimpse of the suspected Gilg Beach murderer's home. It's crazy because you never know who your neighbors are, I guess, right? You never know NASA. Police say they are putting up cameras in this area in order to monitor the traffic and they are warning people not to come down to get a glimpse of the house because they do not want this block to turn into a side show. And now as for the wife and Children who live inside the home, there is no word yet on if they will be returning to their house. Also getting an exclusive look at the type of evidence police have been searching for. Investigative reporter Rachel Yank Kunis is here now with new details and you got a hold of a search warrant for the suspect's car. Yes, Joe, and it's giving us some new insight into this investigation. The warrant has a list of items that police believe they might find in their search including books, cds and video cameras. We are getting a rare look at exactly what type of evidence police are pursuing in the Gilgo Beach investigation team. 12 investigators obtained the search warrant for Rex Huer Man's car. It was filed in Chester County, South Carolina just last week. New York State. Police took the car and brought it back to the Suffolk crime lab. According to the warrant, police are searching for items that belong to some of the victims like I DS Bibles and photos or recordings of them. Investigators are looking for dvds, video cameras and cassette tapes. They also list a specific type of bounty, paper towels and believe they might find items used in the murders such as hunting blinds, belts and burlap as news. 12 has reported four Gilgo Beach victims were discovered bound by belts or tape. Investigators say at least three victims were found wrapped in burlap right now. Hi, Aman is charged in the deaths of three victims but investigators are building a case against him in 1/4 murder. They're going to continue an investigation. They're going to do their due diligence. They're not going to be satisfied until they're completely sure that they've identified all potential locations for all potential crime scenes. Investigators are also looking to search hidden compartments, locked rooms and safes. All the items on the search warrant are listed as potential evidence regarding charges for murder, patronizing a person for prostitution and conspiracy.

Rich Barrabi asked Suffolk District Attorney Ray Tierney if a threat to the public prompted authorities to move up its planned date to take Heuermann into custody.
