Shoppers may be entitled to up to $500 of the $45 million total settlement.
The suit alleged that people who purchased certain sold-by-weight meat, poultry, pork and seafood products and certain fruits sold in mesh bags paid more than they should have.
The suit alleges customers were deceptively led to think they were paying the lowest prices at checkout from October 2018 to January 2024.
