New York City launched a campaign Tuesday informing voters about five proposals that will be on the ballot on Election Day.
"There will be five questions on your ballot on Nov. 3 - simplifying construction
to speed up housing, fast-tracking street safety projects, making it easier for small businesses to start outdoor dining, speeding up city contracting, strengthening our city's savings. These might sound like bureaucratic issues, but they affect every New Yorker," said Mayor Zohran Mamdani.
The campaign’s launch coincided with National Voter Registration Day.
Voter registration ends Oct. 24.
