Two firefighters are recovering after falling through the floor of an apartment building.

Fire crews responded to a three-alarm fire on Thanksgiving Eve on Hudson Street in Hartford.

As they were attempting to contain the blaze, the firefighters fell through the floor.

One of them was hospitalized, but Hartford Fire Department says both are expected to be OK.

The Red Cross is assisting displaced residents.
