Tweed-New Haven Airport celebrated a major milestone Tuesday, reaching 4 million passengers since 2020.

Officials say the achievement reflects years of investment and expanded service connecting New Haven to more destinations than ever before.

Airport leaders say the growth is helping strengthen local businesses, bring in new visitors, and fuel regional development.

By 2027, Tweed is projected to generate more than $400 million in statewide economic impact.
