A Connecticut state trooper was dispatched to Exit 4 along I-91 to aid a good Samaritan who rescued a kitten that had fallen into a storm drain.

The good Samaritan had rescued the kitten and placed it inside their vehicle.

Upon entering the vehicle, the kitten jumped onto the dashboard of the car and made its way into the air duct compartment.

State troopers were able to assist the good Samaritan in extracting the kitten from the air duct.

The kitten is now safe due to the actions of all involved.
