Travel, staycation influencer offers tips to grow your social media pages 

If you follow New Jersey influencers on your social media pages and then you've done what they're doing, they're doing something, right? That's why we've invited the owner of Finding Francesca to our studio this afternoon to tell us how she's amassed over 110,000 followers on her Instagram page alone. Thanks so much for being with us Francesca, man. Right? Got it. All right. First, you're New Jersey based, I guess, lifestyle and a blogger. Where in New Jersey are you based? Um Currently I'm in Somerset County. All right. Tell us how you have managed to amass so many followers. What is the motivation behind what you do? Um I just love to share what I'm doing. I love to travel and I love to try different restaurants. So I just thought, let me just share it with my audience. Yeah. And there's, there's a motivation behind it, isn't it? Yes. Yeah, definitely. Um I feel like there are a lot of other travel and lifestyle bloggers, they're able to pick up and go to like Bali for two weeks and you know, that'd be nice. Yeah, that would. Um But I work full time in corporate. So it's like, you know, I just wanna show that we can, that we can, um, spend time in New Jersey and enjoy it. But what kind of places do you show folks in New Jersey? Um, all different types. I show like a lot of restaurants, I'll show like weekend trips. Like, I partner with a lot of like airbnbs and things like that. So, yeah, all throughout New Jersey and then beyond. Well, I see a picture behind me. There's a cactus behind me. So I don't, no, that is not. What other places do you talk about? Um, so I do, I basically like do everything. I recently went to China, Japan, India. So I show the case some of that Puerto Rico. But places that you can go to that's not gonna cost you a lot of money or you find ways of going to places that might be expensive. But you're like, hey, we can do it on the cheap. Yeah, I do a little bit of both. Yeah. And I also do like a lot of weekend trips in Connecticut, Pennsylvania, things like that. Now, you offer some special content, like solo travel stories, finding the best restaurants in New Jersey. If you could name some of the best of the best. Right here on News 12 in New Jersey. The best restaurants. Is it hard because there's so many great ones, so many great ones that we really, uh, you know, before. I feel like you used to have to go to the city to find great restaurants. We have tons right here. You don't need to go to the city for all that. Yeah. How did you go from 20,000 followers to 100 and 10,000 in just one year? I would say, I think it's my authenticity when I speak with a lot of my followers in my D MS. They really appreciate how honest I am. If you look at some of my videos, you'll see that. I'm just, you know, honest and I think people appreciate that on the internet. A few other things I do differently is I do a March Madness bracket to find the best restaurant in New Jersey, which my fiance actually came up with. So I really appreciate that. Um And then I also did um a series to find the best Italian restaurant and then I um share how I travel solo. So all of that, all of that. So if there are viewers watching right now, who are wondering, well, how can I get so many viewers in such a short or followers? I should say in such a short period of time, what kind of advice would you give them? Because a lot of people are wanting to do this right now, make money off of their social media pages. Yeah, I would say just be yourself and share what you're doing right now. I think people are so afraid to start. You just need to start and be authentic to yourself and, and you'll, it'll go far very far, 100 and 11,000 followers for you.
