A tractor-trailer fire shut down all lanes of I‑95 southbound in Harrison this morning.
Pictures from a News 12 viewer showed the truck engulfed in flames before 6 a.m.
The fire happened just after Exit 18 for Mamaroneck and White Plains.
The highway partially reopened just after 7:30 a.m., but there are still residual delays.
