Two back-to-back home break-ins occurred in Rockland County early Saturday morning, with thieves targeting key fobs for luxury cars.
The first break-in happened in Pearl River, where nothing was reported stolen.
However, moments later, key fobs were taken from a home in Orangeburg.
The suspect was described as wearing a dark-colored hoodie and ski mask, and fled both scenes in a dark-colored sedan.
Police believe the thieves were specifically looking for keys to luxury cars.
Residents are advised to take extra precautions to secure their vehicles and valuables.
