The nonprofit museum is run by local volunteers and retired veterans who love to share their unique experiences.
Military history is told through the hundreds of stories of local patriots who served in all conflicts the United States has been involved in. From the American Revolution to the current U.S. involvement in the Middle East, the museum serves as an educational place for both young and old alike.
Some of the favorites include "Stubby" the war dog , the parachute wedding gown, and the real service vehicles that are on display. The Wall of Honor personally recognizes and thanks Veterans and their families for their service, commitment and duty to their country.
The volunteer-run museum is open Thursday thru Saturday. Admission is free. Donations are welcome.
