An arrest has been made in the killing of 28-year-old jogger Katie Suarez, according to police sources.

Suarez, who was jogging along a pathway, was stabbed multiple times in the neck while running along a bike path near the Belt Parkway in Bath Beach around 8:15 p.m. on Oct. 30.

Suarez was initially hospitalized in critical condition and later died from her injuries, according to State Sen. Steve Chan, who announced her death in a Facebook post Tuesday.

Authorities had not released details about the suspect or the arrest as of Saturday afternoon.
