A weekend break-in at Luna Restaurant in Jersey City ended with a shattered window and a stolen safe.

According to the restaurant's owner, the intruder broke through a glass window to gain entry. After being unable to force open the on-site safe, the suspect removed the entire safe from the premises.

The owner noted that the neighboring business, More Express, was also targeted during the same weekend spree.

Business owners in the area are urging neighboring shops to take extra security precautions as local detectives continue to review surveillance footage to identify the suspect.

Anyone with information regarding the break-ins or the identity of the individual seen in the video is urged to contact local police.
