Storm Watch: Wind and rain will continue to create challenging travel conditions

Gusty winds still pose a problem and possible power outages tonight around New Jersey.

The storm is slowly unraveling, but its close proximity to the Jersey Shore and the very tight pressure gradient over the tri-state and New England will cause wind-driven rain to loiter into the overnight hours.
Despite the worst of the tidal flooding behind us, the next two high tide cycles will feature moderate to minor flooding. Slowly, very slowly, the weather will begin to improve.
TONIGHT: Overcast skies. Gusty winds and passing showers. Low: 54 degrees.
TOMORROW: Mainly cloudy, still breezy. High: 63 degrees.
THURSDAY: Mainly sunny skies. Cooler. High: 60 degrees.
FRIDAY: The sun sticks around but temperatures are still struggling. High: 62 degrees.
