        • It's a rainy and mild start to the day with temperatures in the 50s. Periods of rain will bring messy travel for the morning commute. Street flooding and some tree damage is causing some trouble spots this morning.
        • Today will be cooler, breezy and unsettled. Highs in the mid to upper 50s.
        • It's drier and brighter on Tuesday and Wednesday with mild temperatures in the 60s.
