A state trooper was injured in a collision on the Wantagh State Parkway.

State police say a two-car crash happened in the southbound lanes just north of Exit W3 and involved a state trooper vehicle.

The trooper sustained non-life-threatening injuries. The occupants of the other vehicle refused medical attention.
