A state trooper is accused of harassing a Norwalk man, as well as abusing his authority after becoming involved in a family dispute.

According to the lawsuit, State Police Trooper First Class John Myer "embarked on a sustained course of personal harassment" against the victim.

The allegations against the trooper include interfering with the victim’s medical care and contacting Norwalk police to conduct traffic stops targeting the victim.
