Stamford's annual Fire and Ice Winter Festival returned to Columbus Park Saturday night.
The winter celebration featured ice sculpting, live music, foods and drinks, and much more family fun.
Stamford Downtown and local sponsors made the free community event possible.
Stamford Downtown President Michael Moore said events like this help get the word out about the downtown area.
"We want to make sure downtown is a welcome, inviting, family-friendly setting for everyone, and we want to have events throughout the year...we had such great success last year and this year that we want to keep bringing us back," Moore explained.
Attendees also got the chance to check out local vendors and businesses.
