A Stamford man has been sentenced to 10 years in prison for trafficking fentanyl and cocaine.
Brandon Turner, 32, was identified as a narcotics distributor after an investigation by the Drug Enforcement Administration and the Stamford Police Department's Narcotics and Organized Crime Unit.
Officials say investigators made a controlled purchase of fentanyl from Turner in July 2024. Then, employees of an apartment complex, where Turner had been employed as a maintenance worker, found a tool bag in a storage room containing approximately 790 grams of fentanyl and one kilogram of cocaine in April 2025.
Review of surveillance camera footage and DNA analysis found that Turner had placed the bag in the storage room. Turner's vehicle also contained additional fentanyl and cocaine after a court-authorized search.
Turner pleaded guilty in May to possession with intent to distribute 400 grams or more of fentanyl.
