A street takeover in Pennsylvania is now linked to New Jersey.
A sports car doing donuts during a so-called “street takeover” in Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania, was found in New Jersey by New Jersey State Police Hope Station troopers late Monday night.
According to police, the vehicle was abandoned on Interstate 80 after a police chase.
The “street takeover” happened Saturday night in the middle of downtown Stroudsburg, with a large crowd of nearly 100 people watching, as seen in videos circulating on social media.
Police in Pennsylvania said they received 911 calls for a blue sports car doing donuts in the middle of an intersection.
Officers were not able to catch the driver.
Pennsylvania police are still investigating with the help of the New Jersey State Police.
