3h agoJones Beach State Park, Smith Point and Cupsogue beaches reopened for swimming Saturday as Erin exited the region.
Swimming remains off limits at Suffolk’s outer beach locations. Officials say restrictions will remain in place until at least this evening.
Robert Moses State Park officials say they are only permitting knee-level wading for the day.
Swimming is still suspended at Hither Hills State Park.
