Smoke at the Hoboken PATH station has suspended two lines early this afternoon as fire crews responded to investigate.

PATH officials said service on the Hoboken–World Trade Center line and the Hoboken–33rd Street line was suspended at 12:14 p.m. Service remained in operation on the Newark–World Trade Center line and the Journal Square–33rd Street line.

New Jersey Transit rail cross‑honored PATH riders at Hoboken, Secaucus, New York Penn Station, Newark, and on bus routes 126 and 87. The Hudson‑Bergen Light Rail cross‑honored riders at Hoboken, Exchange Place and Newport.

New York Waterway also cross‑honored at Hoboken and Brookfield Place.

The smoke condition is under investigation.
