Sen. Richard Blumenthal says more funding is needed for the Federal Emergency Management Agency to help hurricane victims here at home and down south.
"I'm ready to go back to Washington D.C. right away to make sure that FEMA has the resources it needs for Connecticut, towns such as Oxford and Seymour and others but also the southern states that have felt such devastation and catastrophic damage," Blumenthal says.
He adds it will take "tens of billions of dollars" for Congress to help do the job right.
