A home with no bedrooms in Selden is apparently back on the market at a reduced price, after it was believed to have been sold.

As previously reported by News 12, the 446-square-foot home went on the market in March, with a sale pending for $329,000.

But the tiny home on Wyona Avenue has been since relisted on Zillow last week at $295,000. According to the listing, the price cut was made on Thursday and slashed the cost by $34,900.

The house offers a full basement and a small backyard accessible through the bathroom.

The homeowner previously told News 12 that he and his wife lived happily in the home for 11 years.
