An argument in Seaford escalated when police say a 59-year-old woman threatened to burn the house down and then set an object on fire.

Authorities allege Lisa Decaprio set a pillow on fire during the dispute after throwing items at a 63-year-old man.

The incident unfolded Friday just after 8 p.m. on Neptune Ave.

Police say the flames were extinguished before officers arrived.

Decaprio was taken into custody and charged with arson and harassment.
