WHAT'S NEW: Cold conditions for Sunday. Overnight temperatures drop below freezing and wind chill values keep temps feeling like the upper 30s most of the day.
WHAT'S NEXT: A storm will pass through Monday morning bringing steady light to moderate rain all through the morning commute and into the early evening hours. A few neighborhoods will see a wintry mix with snow accumulations measuring to less than a slushy inch in parts of Ulster, Dutchess and Orange County. Totals will likely not be more than an inch, but slowdowns are still possible during the morning commute with low visibility and wet roads. Conditions will improve in the late afternoon.
OVERNIGHT: A stray shower passing by with a cold front. Temperatures drop below freezing overnight.Lows near 29.
SUNDAY: Bitter temperatures overnight remain cold early. Clear skies, but it will still feel a bit colder than it is with the wind chill. Highs near 48. Lows near 38.
MONDAY: Steady rain/wintry mix north through the morning commute. It can be moderate to heavy rain at times. Northern counties may see a small slushy accumulation. Travel will be a bit slow in the morning with wet roads and reduced visibility. Highs near 56. Lows near 41.
TUESDAY: Mostly sunny and mild. Highs near 55. Lows near 38.
