9h agoAll things holly and jolly filled the streets of Hoboken for the annual SantaCon bar crawl.
Lines wrapped around more than a dozen participating bars.
The annual event started in 2011 as a way to spread holiday cheer.
Since then, the event has drawn hundreds of people to visit participating bars and dress up in Santa outfits.
"We love Christmas, we love celebrating the season and we also like Hoboken," said Tom McGuire, of Middlesex.
Business owners say while the event may have a negative reputation, many people attending behave.
