Two tankers carrying Russian fuel and heading to the U.S. have reportedly changed course, potentially dealing a setback to the president's plan to lower prices at the pump.

It's unclear where the tankers are now heading or whether any buyers had been lined up.

Gov. Sherrill has threatened ports and companies in New Jersey that do business with Russia.

The White House says doing business with Russia is legal.
