The Seaside Semper Five returned to the iconic Seaside Heights boardwalk Saturday, bringing runners and walkers together in support of the Marine Raider Foundation.

Two runs will take place during the event: a one-mile fun run and the annual 5k walk/run to benefit the elite unit of special operations forces within the United States Marine Corps.

News 12 has taken part in the event for many years and returned Saturday to help support the Marine Raider Foundation's mission.
