A 70-year-old man from Rockland County has pleaded guilty to sexually abusing a child.

The District Attorney’s Office says Thomas Kelly repeatedly abused a girl who was under the age of 13.

The Chestnut Ridge resident faces 12 years in prison when he is sentenced in October.

He’ll also be required to register as a sex offender.
