An artist in Sussex County has spent more than three decades transforming a rundown cabin into a one-of-a-kind work of art.

Luna Parc, the home, studio and personal museum of artist Ricky Boscarino, is tucked away in the woods and filled with mosaics, stained glass, ceramics, sculptures and thousands of unusual objects.

Boscarino bought the property in 1989 when he was 28 years old.

What was once a hunting cabin has evolved into an ever-changing artistic space.

"Welcome to my personal museum filled with otherwise oddities, artifacts and otherwise unusual things," Boscarino said.

Nearly every surface of the property has been transformed through Boscarino's work.

He said some of his favorite materials include concrete and clay, which are featured throughout the mosaics and sculptures attached to the house.

Boscarino estimates he has spent about 56,000 hours working on the property over the years.

"Luna Parc offers a bit of magic, imagination in this world where there's so much commotion," he said.

The property features artwork inside and out, including paintings, jewelry, tile work and collected artifacts.

Boscarino continues to create new works while also hosting workshops and programs for artists through the Luna Parc Atelier Foundation.

While Luna Parc welcomes visitors during designated open houses, it also remains Boscarino's private home and working studio.
