A road hazard has created traffic problems after closing the exit ramp to the Sprain Brook Parkway in Elmsford.

According to New York's 511 Service, the Exit 3 ramp is shutdown as of 11 a.m.

News 12 is waiting to hear back from the State Department of Transportation for official confirmation. Initial reports indicated there was a partially collapsed wall on the roadway. Police have not yet confirmed that information.
