        Firefighters have made substantial progress controlling the Greenwood Lake fire.
        Edgemere Road has reopened, and voluntary evacuations for Wah-Ta-Wah Park and 120 Edgemere South to Woods Road have been lifted.
        Hand crews are conducting meticulous "mop up" operations to extinguish hot spots and New York Air National Guard Chinooks are assisting with bucket drops.
        Significant rain is expected Wednesday night through Friday, but concerns remain about burned soil instability, mud runoff, and falling dead trees.
