Leslie Martinez, Tajhane Thomas, and Amayah Dent have been charged with the human trafficking of a 17-year-old girl, according to the Essex County Prosecutor's Office.
The victim contacted police last month and reported she was forced to engage in prostitution arranged by the suspects.
Police said a fourth suspect, Yaislene Arguedas of Paterson, remains at large.
Authorities ask anyone who has seen her or knows her whereabouts to contact police.
