        Prosecutor: Rutgers student accused of recording women in the shower

        A Rutgers University student is facing charges for allegedly recording female students while they were in the shower.
        The Middlesex County Prosecutor’s Office says that multiple students reported being recorded while they were in the bathroom at various dorms on the New Brunswick campus. The incident occurred between Oct. 2 and Oct. 25.
        Michael Williams, 18, of Philadelphia, is accused of using his personal cellphone to record the victims while they showered.
        Williams was arrested on Oct. 25. He was charged with three counts of third-degree invasion of privacy and one count of fourth-degree tampering with evidence.
