A Port Jervis man accused of sexually exploiting a 14-year-old girl was arrested on Friday.
State police say Ronald Babcock, 31, had inappropriate conversations with the victim via telephone.
The charges against him include use of a child in a sexual performance, possessing a sexual performance by a child and endangering the welfare of a child.
Authorities say he is being held in the Orange County Jail.
