A popular New Jersey bagel brand has grown again, opening a new location in Parsippany on Sept. 12. O'Bagel's new storefront, located at 1525 Route 10 East, is the company's eighth location in New Jersey. The family-owned chain began with its original Stirling location in 1995. Founded by Sam El-Hassan, O'Bagel has steadily expanded across the state since then. A ninth location is planned for Witherspoon Street in Princeton, although an opening date has not yet been announced.
