Police: Stamford man arrested for narcotics possession in Norwalk

Police say Vladimir Ruales-Espinoza was pulled over for driving without a registration plate on Sunset Hill Avenue Thursday night.

A Stamford man was arrested after Norwalk police say he was caught with cocaine, Xanax bars and oxycodone-fentanyl pills.
Police say Vladimir Ruales-Espinoza was pulled over for driving without a registration plate on Sunset Hill Avenue Thursday night.
According to police, Ruales-Espinoza fled on foot as he was then Tased and arrested.
Ruales-Espinoza is charged with possession of intent to sell narcotics, interfering with an officer, operating a motor vehicle under suspension and operating a motor vehicle without insurance in an unregistered motor vehicle.
His bond is set at $200,00 as Ruales-Espinoza is due in court later this month.
