New Rochelle police say a Yonkers man was arrested after police found over 20 pounds of concentrated cannabis in his car.

They say 22-year-old Joseph Fasce was parked on North Avenue earlier this month when police discovered the drugs.

Fasce faces criminal possession of cannabis charges.
