Washington Township police have charged a Pennsylvania man and are searching for a second suspect in connection with two attempted burglaries targeting a collectibles store specializing in Pokémon trading cards.

Police said detectives obtained an arrest warrant for Rafael A. Gordian, 31, of Philadelphia, following an investigation into two incidents at Frank's Card Shop on Route 42.

According to investigators, two suspects broke the store's front window and entered the business on July 1, stealing Pokémon trading cards.

Police said the same two suspects returned July 10 armed with a hammer and again attempted to break the front window to gain entry. The attempt was unsuccessful, and they did not get inside the store.

Detectives identified Gordian as one of the suspects and determined he was driving a red Ford Taurus with Pennsylvania registration during the crimes, police said.

Gordian is charged with conspiracy to commit burglary and attempted burglary.

Investigators are asking for the public's help identifying the second suspect, who they say acted with Gordian during both incidents. Police said the unidentified suspect was seen wearing a gray-and-black hooded sweatshirt and carrying a hammer and a trash bag.
