A missing swimmer was found dead in the Nissequogue River in Kings Park Wednesday, police say.
Marine Bureau officers
responded to a 911 call reporting a man in distress in the water on May 12,
just before 8 p.m.
The adult man was found in the river near Old Dock Road around 6:40 p.m.
Detectives say the cause of death appears to be non-criminal.
