        Police: Man arrested for stabbing another man in Levittown following argument

        Police say a Levittown man has been arrested for stabbing another man after getting into a fight on the street.
        The incident happened over the weekend on Hempstead Turnpike near Berger Avenue.
        Police say a man was in his car when he got into an argument with Richard Avolin while he was walking.
        Avolin allegedly kicked the 59-year-old’s door, then took out a knife and stabbed him.
        The victim was taken to the hospital but is expected to be OK.
        Avolin is facing multiple charges.
