Police have identified the victim in fatal Port Jervis shooting.

They say 43-year-old Jason Finch was killed Sunday morning on Hammond Street.

Finch was shot multiple times in the upper body. He died at the hospital.

26-year-old David Rombusek was arrested after an hour's long manhunt.
