Four people were found with apparent gunshot wounds at a Trenton residence early Saturday morning, according to police.

Officers responded to 42 Carroll St. around 12:45 a.m. after receiving a report of multiple people shot. They found two men, ages 24 and 22, and two women, ages 21 and 18, all suffering from apparent gunshot wounds.

All four were taken to Capital Health Regional Medical Center, where they were treated for non-life-threatening injuries and listed in stable condition, police said.

The Mercer County Shooting Response Team is investigating.
